Wael Ghonim icon Tee

This unisex T-shirt has a beautiful soft sand color and a relaxed fit.

From Google employee to world renowned social activist. In 2011 Ghonim took leave from Google to focus on his work in Egypt and the Middle East. He was incarcerated by Egyptian police regarding his Facebook page, "We are all Khaled Said", which helped spark the Egyptian Revolution of 2011.

In 2011, Wael was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, was named one of Time 100's most influential and received JFK Profile in Courage Award. Coined the "keyboard freedom fighter," he used the power of the internet and social media to fight for social justice, democracy and human rights in Egypt. He wrote a book which is called Revolution 2.0:
The Power of the People Is Greater Than the People in Power.

Wael Ghonim is a great example of how anyone can help bring about change.
